Volunteer committees change, venues have rules, sponsors have expectations. We bring a single run-of-show and one point of contact, and we work directly with your downtown hotels event manager on load-in, sound and timing. Your team gets a night to enjoy, not a production to manage.
Sponsors can be woven in elegantly — named during the grand entrance, honored at the unmasking, or celebrated as the band parades past their table.
Which package fits a gala?

Can you help with the paddle raise?
Our Grand Ball & Fundraiser package includes emcee support for paddle raises and live auctions, with music cues timed to keep energy high while bids come in.
Do you work with volunteer committees?
Yes. We give your committee a single run-of-show and one point of contact, and we coordinate with your downtown hotels event manager directly.
Can sponsors be woven into the evening?
Sponsor recognition can be built into the grand entrance, the unmasking moment or the second line — tasteful, not a slideshow.
When should a charity ball book?
Six to nine months out for spring and holiday galas in Seattle. Earlier if your date overlaps Mardi Gras season.
